David Segal has spent his career building and scaling aesthetic clinics in Australia, and he's seen it all.

He began in 2006 as Managing Director of Cosmos Clinic. In 2008 he became General Manager of Laser Clinics Australia. He went on to become a franchisee himself, running six clinics and a team of over 100, including doctors and nurse injectors, and later co-owned a successful cosmetic surgery practice, giving him deep experience across both the non-surgical and surgical worlds.

David's career has been shaped by real successes and real challenges. Today he channels all of it into mentoring aesthetics professionals, sharing the lessons that only come from actually running the business.
